# pepita for ChatGPT terms

These terms describe use of the pepita ChatGPT integration operated by Mathis Grosjean. Contact support@pepitacards.com with questions. OpenAI's terms separately govern your use of ChatGPT.

## Service

pepita provides card-catalog lookup, dated raw-card price references, asking-price comparisons and trade calculations. No pepita account is required. The integration does not execute purchases or sales, save a collection, certify authenticity or predict a professional grade. There is no purchase or subscription checkout in this integration.

## Identification and prices

Confirm the card's set, collector number, language, finish and edition before relying on a result. Photo identification may be uncertain. References depend on third-party source availability and freshness and may use mixed-condition evidence. They are not exact appraisals, guaranteed offers or promises of future value. Missing references are unavailable; an incomplete trade cannot be fully valued.

US and EU references describe different marketplaces in their native currencies. Finishes and editions can have different values. Review the source, timestamp, confidence and limitations returned with a result. You make the final decision about any purchase, sale or trade and should inspect the actual card and listing before proceeding.

## Appropriate use and availability

Use the integration for card research and comparisons. Do not bypass service limits, disrupt the endpoint or attempt unauthorized access to other systems. Do not put passwords, payment data or unrelated personal information in card-search fields. We may refuse requests that exceed limits or threaten service availability. You may stop using or disconnect the integration at any time.

Catalog providers or hosting outages may interrupt the service. We may update tools, references or availability as the integration develops. These terms do not promise uninterrupted access or that every card has a usable price reference. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

## Independent product and third-party materials

pepita is independent and does not imply endorsement by OpenAI, Pokémon, TCGdex, TCGplayer or Cardmarket. Card information and reference-image links are obtained through TCGdex; price references identify their marketplace source. Third-party names, marks, images and other materials belong to their respective owners. These terms do not grant you ownership of or a license to republish those materials. Links to third-party websites are subject to those websites' own terms.

## Privacy and applicable rights

Our privacy notice explains the integration's data practices. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or other legal rights that apply to you. For a service problem or dispute, contact support@pepitacards.com so we can investigate and respond.
